Starter

• 1 user

• Up to 10 users

Enterprise

• Unlimited users
• Everything in Professional, plus:
• CRM sync (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Custom AI training
• Dedicated account manager
• SSO and advanced security

Billing cycle

VP bills monthly or annually. Annual plans receive a 20%% discount.

• Monthly billing is processed on the same date each month
• Annual billing is processed on your signup anniversary
• You can switch between monthly and annual at any time

Adding or removing users

• Adding users — New users are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing cycle
• Removing users — Removed users receive a credit toward the next billing cycle

Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
